Hi guys. Quite possibly the hardest run yet. Legs felt fine so did breathing. Today was all in my head and I couldn’t get motivated. I did however finish and did a few seconds more. Looking forward to the final run but still not at 5k. What’s the next step? Just keep running until you hit 5k? To be fair, i am at 4.1k. Hope everyone one else is doing well. Also it’s very warm today 🥵

Well done, you are doing great.

When you announce your graduation I will send you a link to a guide to post C25k running.

If you cannot wait, it is sitting in the FAQ Posts, which you will find in the Pinned Posts.

This FAQ Post about run preparation may help you analyse your run healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Well done. Those later runs in the programme can be tough as you get used to them.

Well done , just 30 minutes from graduation 😁👍I wouldn't worry about 5K , it's irrelevant.

This is purely about time spent running , not distance.

What would be next would ideally be a period of consolidation before trying to increase distance or time .

You first need to feel comfortable with the 30 minute runs ,

Enjoy your graduation run next 😁

I recently graduated and was at 4km in the 30 mins. I've since done 5 x 30 mins runs to consolidate and am now at 4.5km. I plan on carrying on for a bit at 30 mins and I'll see how close to 5km I get - but once I've consolidated the 30 mins, I'll be more focused on extending the time.
