I did it! I’ve finished week 4 and day 3 was definitely better than the first two days.
I felt less pain in my leg and I only stopped for 5-10secs during my run because I feeling very tired. I guess I need to still work on my breathing.
Unlike the last few runs, I did a pre run stretch and drank water before going on the run. Also I tried not going into the run scared of the pain and I guess it worked! I also put to practice the things I learnt about running posture .
So now I’m ready for week 5

Well done Cheetah_girl, you’re doing great! But if you need to stop part way through I wonder if you’re trying to go too fast? Slow it down as much as you can and then some more. Make sure you drink plenty of water all the time, not just on run days, which will really help you and stretches before and after will also help. Good luck!
