Went out for my run yesterday and it suddenly started raining really heavy. I am at my parents for few days and didn’t have my waterproof with me but I decided to carry on anyway. Thought we’ll I’m out here now might as well carry on. Loved running in the rain - keeps you refreshed. Feeling exhausted from the running though. Really drained. Legs aching. Hope to pick up my fitness soon though and start to feel more energised.

Yes rain running is fantastic, don't forget to rest stretch and keep hydrated ready for your next run.
