completed 28min run yesterday at my normal running pace all the way through. Felt dizzy afterwards and off balance as if I was drinking but immense happiness afterwards. Looking forward to graduation…

Congratulations on almost completing C25K, perhaps you could run a little slower, that way you may avoid feeling a little dizzy after you run, not long now until you graduate, good luck for your graduation run 🏃🏾 😊 👍

In respect of dizziness, were you well hydrated?

Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.

I m not sure but I have done two more runs of 28 min since then and I felt a lot better afterwards. I did that by pacing myself slower so I can run for longer and then stretch it a bit near the end to be at my normal pace. I m doing my brisk walks afterwards which also are very helpful. Thank you so much for the advice. 😀
