It’s been just over 2 weeks since my graduation run and I’ve run 3 times a week since. Today for some reason was just one of those joyous runs and I don’t know why not particularly quick, not particularly long, and it was in the dark damp drizzle at 7am It was just over30 minutes and 3.5k but I was smiling all the way and felt fantastic when I got home. So glad I found C25K
