I had bad allergies this week and couldnt run for 4 days because my breathing was bad. I was supposed to start week 7 on tuesday, but I didn't. I am wondering if i should really try to run week 7 or go for something easier.

taking a break because of allergies
Be kind to yourself and also be sensible about your allergy symptoms. If they have calmed down and you feel OK, then by all means try going out for your run. But if you're still suffering, then take it very easy and allow yourself to recover before attempting to go out.
Good advice from John_W .There really is nothing to be gained by running if your not fit enough.
Give time for your symptoms to settle rather than trying an 'Easier' run whilst still suffering.
You won't loose much fitness in the first 2 weeks !
Make sure you are fully recovered before resuming running.
As stated in the guide to the plan, you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running. After that loss of condition is gradual.
All any of us can do after a lay off is to go out for a gentle run and see what we can comfortably manage, then use C25k or something similar to rebuild stamina and resistance to injury.
Get some medical advice. Peace
I am living in what we call a "medical desert" so doctors are really hard to reach. but I am feeling better today
so after my 5 days break I was really looking forward to run again. went for week 7 run 1 but stooped after 20 min instead of 25. so my first fail... but still it felt good to be back at running
