A very slow run today... I've been feeling a bit off since Tuesday so it's a miracle I even got out there.
This programme is teaching me so much about perseverance, the importance of community and how exercise improves mental health. I started this C25K to improve my physical fitness, and hopefully lose some weight, but it now almost feels like the mental 'fitness' aspect is becoming more important. For the first time in my life I'm starting to understand why it's said 'running becomes addictive'.
I'm loving this!!! 🏃🏻♀️
