Week 3, run 1 ✔. Didn't mind the 3 minute runs but my knees have been a bit dodgy after 2 big walks last Thursday and Friday. I had a gait analysis done and bought new running shoes yesterday- definitely more comfortable than my old trainers 😂.

Well done.

Your knees will thank you if you do the knee strengthening exercises linked to in the guide to the plan. This will speed up muscle development compared to adaptation coming just from running.
