I DID IT!!!

I honestly did not think I was going to make this run. Even as I started I was already re-planning the schedule to fit in re-doing this run at least twice. I did have to stop for the gate so I ran an extra 1 min to make up for it.

TRUST THE PROGRAMME!!!

I'm absolutely loving this programme and forum.

Well done on completing week 5 !That's a milestone run 😁

Take your time with week 6 run 1 as it often catches people out !

Why do you think that is with W6 R1? I did it yesterday and agree that I did think it would be easier after doing 20 mins a couple of days earlier 🤷‍♀️

Well done , it can be tricky, a lot will set off too fast thinking they are invincible having run for 20 minutes and then really struggle

Congratulations, that run is a special one for belief...........but don't let it get out of proportion.

One twenty minute run does not a runner make.

W6R1 needs to be taken nice and slow, as it catches out more people than any other run in the programme.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Thanks. I learnt that lesson the hardway a couple of years ago... Which is probably why I'm still trying to master this thing. 😃

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾

Well done! By now the body is able - it's getting the mind trained to believe - and making sure you pace yourself properly. On to week 6!
