Welcome Sparkle. This programme and forum are awesome. Sometimes the next step seems rather intimidating. All I can say is at least give it a try, you can always repeat is necessary, but at least give it a try first. I turn 53 next week and so far I've managed to keep with the programme.
GOOD LUCK!
You’ve got this! One step at a time! Focusing on progress & not perfection- Remember dynamic stretches before each session, proper running shoes, stay hydrated & stay slow, plug into some sounds to keep you going favourite music/podcast etc & your off! 👟
Love your hair by the way lovely colours. ❤️
Well done! Keep it up
Welcome and good luck. Take it slow, trust the plan. When I started this I was 55 and 18 stone, having not done any exercise in 10 years. I'm on week 6 and if I can do it, anyone can. Remember - SLOW - once you can do the time, you can always work on the speed if you want to.
Welcome.
You've started many times... what's made you stop?
Excuses and Lot's of them, but when companies won't give you life cover as thinking your a high risk, needed to snap out of it and try again. Didn't have this group before either so 🤞
