Welcome to the forum and the program and we'll done for starting the journey!Have you read the program guide ?

It's full of important information to help steer you safely through the program with advice on warming up , stretching , hydration and more , all of which will help
I would say your calves will get used to it. New exercises bring all sorts of niggles, but the rest days should help settle them.
Keep going - I had all sorts of aches and pains the first few weeks, and my knees suffered because Laura on the podcasts incorrectly told me to land on my heels. After reading the info pack on here, I corrected my gait to land properly and that helped no end. At times I've had to extend the recovery period up to 3 days - but as I've progressed through the weeks the pains have diminished as my body got used to being active, and I'm now back to 1 fay recovery. Stick with it - the program works.
Stretching after the run will help with the soreness.

NB. These particular stretches shouldn't be done before a run, only after.
