Week 9 Run 1 C25 on 8th September

So due to commitments and a nice little holiday (such as we have them in these strange times) its been 18 days since my last run (W9R1) - and the week 8 and 9 runs were taking it out of me - so my question is how far back do I drop to pick up again - or is it just as simple as finding what you are comfortable with? I figure you guys would have the experience...

I am so glad that you enjoyed your holiday, I would advise you to go back a few weeks and rerun week 7, that's the 25 minute runs, any runner can repeat any runs or week's if they have missed a few weeks for say a injury, illness or a holiday, good luck.

You are right !What are you comfortable with ?

I would go out for a no pressure gentle jog with no time in mind and just see how you go , I would probably do the same again next time then see where that fits in with the program
