Week 9 run 3 completed finally graduated!! Really struggled with the last 2 runs of week 9 but persevered through gritted teeth!!

Try easing back the pace.

Slowing down to the recommended easy conversational pace makes it more achievable and for most, more enjoyable and is the optimal pace to build the solid aerobic base required to run faster and further, which is why it is the pace at which elite athletes spend up to 80% of their training time.

Faster is not necessarily better.

well done , i have 2 more runs to do . had 2 weeks off with knee problems but did my 1st run of week 9 today , nearly killed me but i did . can't wait to join as a graduate .once again a very big WELL DONE x

Onwards and upwards to consolidation and beyond - this is where it starts getting more enjoyable. Have a look at the consolidation and 5k+ groups - lots of guidance and inspiration there, but ultimately where you go from here is totally up to you 😁
