Week 1 run 3

Today is my last run of week one but I’ll be honest I’m dreading it. I went to bed later than normal last night and had hiccups throughout the night so had very poor sleep and today I’m exhausted. I’m determined however to finish this last run as I’ll be so disappointed if I don’t and I love the feeling after the run and enjoy the stretches. Does anyone have any tips to get me out there on days like this?! I’m aware my run won’t likely be my best!
