this was a tough one! First it was very hot outside. Second, I had been naughty and had a MacDonalds lunch on the motorway travelling back from holiday! Third, I was tired! But I didn’t want to break the cycle… I have worked so hard to get here, I was going to do it!! And I did it… 5 more runs till ‘graduation’… trust me: if I can do it so can you!! 😀

Well done! Pushing through it is key. I also popped to McDonalds the other day… bought a salad! What an embarrassment! Who wastes money on a McDonalds salad? Literally watched my daughters eating Double cheeseburgers and vowed never to return! Remember cheat days are important too though. You have to live and be happy. Definitely don’t beat yourself up. 👍🏻
