Just finished W7R3... Put incline steeper than usual on the treadmill and the Gremlins threatened with 12 minutes to go.. I started doing some mental calculations of different ways to split up the remaining time and they went away with 3 minutes left leaving me with a short jog till the end... Bring on Week 8....

Well done on your defeat of the pesky gremlins. I also do calculations in my longer runs and because I’m usually tired I get them wrong and have to do them again… keeps them at bay for quite a few kms!

I would say make the incline hard one run but do give yourself some easier ones too, vary the pleasures;-)

Go you! Well done, you’re really close to completing this now 👍😀 Only use 1 or 2% incline though at this stage of your training. 👍

Well done. That’s exactly what I do. Set small challenges and get through it. Not long now. Only six runs. Easy right? Good luck and keep us posted! 👍🏻
