I think that was best run yet! Did some leg strengthing exercises in between the rest day's, that help alot. Peace

Amazing!!! Well done you!!! Definitely on the right track! I like the way you space out/sandwich your active days and rest days so are not doing workouts back to back too much! Great tip! Keep going 🍀
