I have just finished my first week of couch to 5k. I wasn't sure I would be cut out for this as I hate running, I really enjoyed myself. I chose Denise as my coach as she has a soothing voice.

I, like you, would have said I hated running, but this programme changes your mindset as well as your ability to complete the whole thing!
At the beginning, I struggled with completing 60 seconds of running! Now I can run 30 minutes!
