So, here we are, week 3 already. I have tried and failed C25K so many times but this time I am determined. Also, this community really makes a difference. So many helpful suggestions. THANK YOU 😊

Well done to you. As running is as much a mental game as a physical one in my opinion it sounds as if you have cracked the mental part and are well on your way. This community is fantastic and I truly do not think I would have graduated without it.... They know what it is all about . Enjoy the rest of the plan.
