Got out tonight and did my first 5k or run of any distance for over a month. Been away from home for over 17 days at agility competitions and a few days at the beach in between so a fair bit of walking including judging at the competition. Also had no enthusiasm to run. Wasn’t Ill 😷 just did not have the urge. My run was a little slower than previous runs but probably expected having not run for 31 days. Got it done and surprisingly it did not feel that hard. Not been on here for over two months. I hope every one is doing ok and getting out there to run. Stay healthy and fit everyone.
Still about hope your doing ok: Got out tonight... - Couch to 5K

32 minutes for 5km is perfectly respectable, especially if you've not run for four weeks.
Welcome back!

Ah here you are! I was just asking you what you were up to over on my post! You've done really well after such a long break.

That’s a super run! Well done you 😊.
Thanks just needed to get out. Did consider restarting C25K but thought I would try and see how I got on. Just over 32 mins wasn’t too bad. Not my worse and about 6 mins off my best. Won’t leave it so long next time. Do recall August is a bad month for me to run with everything going on.
