Good run this morning

Since I’ve graduated I’ve found it a bit harder to get myself up and out. This morning I woke early so decided I’d get up and go for it. So glad I did. Had a smashing run, and took a little run around the pier before heading home. Checked my Strava when I got home and I’d done just a little over 5K. Took a little bit longer than 30 mins. Very happy though.

The more you run the more you want to run it’s not strange to have a dip after graduation, set yourself a new challenge and you will be fine. What pier is that by the way ??

Thank you. It’s true the more you run the better it gets. I’m going to carry on. I did so enjoy it yesterday. It’s Worthing Pier by the way. Not the best photo. Looks a bit dull but you can see how early it was by the clock on the pier
