You will have to have Michael in your brain pushing you on and waiting for you at the end of each run..... I had him booked for my graduation with Paula Radcliffe but told them the wrong day! No seriously I am not sure why he stopped doing it. Happy running.

I do understand. A couple of years ago I did a week two of C25K and he was a great motivator.... A man to respect sports wise as well.
