Week 4 run 1 done

Hey there,

I’m now week four into the program and I love it so far. During week 1 I read the essential guide given by the admin here and I’ve been enjoying the slow jogging pace. I also took note about getting my gait analysed and I’m so happy I did. I was jogging with my ankle turned slightly in. Thankfully I have running shoes that have corrected this.

Today was my first run in these shoes and what a difference they make. I felt safer running and I’m now at a point where I am running more than walking.

I am away to another city later and it’s great that I can still run no matter where I am.

Fantastic Ayelet15 …wearing the right shoes is sooooo important & like you’ve found out, makes all the difference…as does slow jogging..whatever pace you run is your pace, no point pushing yourself too hard 😉
