Today I started with week 2 podcast by mistake( don’t know how) only to find something odd when Laura mentioned that first run is done finding it odd I checked but was elated by the fact that 90 seconds run is so easy now switched to right podcast and completed it, running for 8 minutes the longest till now.
Looking forward to Day 3,, hope that day is not far away when I go for jog daily in the morning,, running at right pace experiencing runners high will be cherry on top!!

Be patient in regard of running every day. You need to build your strength and resistance to injury for an absolute minimum of six months regular running before considering running on consecutive days.
You are doing great . Your next run was my favourite. Just run slowly and make sure you are fully hydrated every day. I used to try and finish on a slight downhill to give me that extra buzz and may I say runners high!.. Not a major hill , just slightly downhill . Good luck and enjoy
Thank you! Is it, lucky you. I am looking forward for the runners high, don’t expect it in next run though, let’s see. I am using treadmill for running, will run light!
