Ok. So I did the right thing and read and reread Iannodatruffe’s post on C25K tips on my rest day. Woke up this morning excited to run. Worked all day… Still excited. Got home later than usual raring to go, fully hydrated, had my bowl of rice an hour and half before, and went for it. And (drum roll please)… I really really enjoyed it, even had a little in the tank to speed boost the last minute and a half. The sun was shining and Top gun theme was playing in my ears so I thought… let’s have a go. And that’s the first run so far that didn’t hurt. I’m doing it! I’m really doing it. Smiling and proud today. And thanks Iannodatruffe! Great help! Can’t wait to get out again even though week 5 is on the horizon. ☺️
