For someone who always swore the only time I would run was if something with big pointy teeth was chasing me, I’m not doing too bad! I was managing to stick to the plan, can’t say I was loving it, but I wasn’t hating it as much as I expected and I wasn’t dead yet, so on I plodded until week 6. Did runs 1&2, but then just couldn’t bring myself to do 3. No idea why, just spent the week finding the slightest excuse not to do it. Then, this afternoon I caught myself considering packing it in. Mulled it over and decided I was just being a lazy bum, shoved my trainers on and went before I could talk myself out of it….again!
LIGHT BULB MOMENT!!!!! I actually found it easy! Finished no problem, and could probably have carried on!! Not a clue what the issue was, but I appear to have got over it, I’m still not dead, and nothing nasty was chasing me (probably just as well, the speed I was going, it wouldn’t have had to try too hard to catch me!😂)
Not to shabby for someone who only signed up because I was bored and thought I’d see what all the fuss was about!
Bring on W7……I’m determined to finish this thing now! 😊😊
