W6R1 Rather Than Repeating W5

W6R1 was a surprisingly decent run largely due to mistakenly expecting to conclude with a fourth running segment of 8 minutes following the first 5-3-8-3-5 run-walk-run-walk-run effort. I found myself bracing and pacing having misread the day's programme. Still, an effort it was especially after the recent W5R3's 22-minute non-stop, though a welcome relief to not have a dreadful 8-minute wrap-up. I hope l misread W6R2 in the same way too...but I haven't. That one has two 10-minute runs separated by a 3-minute walk. After that from W6R3 through W9R3 and onward it's all running for gradually increasing periods. I'm ready!

Looks as if you had a great run today. If you are like me , I enjoy the continuous running more than breaking up a run with walks... Happy running.
