In my work life I have had two very psychically demanding days and last night was a very bad night's sleep , so when I woke at six I was almost talking myself out of today's run but thankfully the side of me of that loves running said " Just get up and do it! ".. But I found it harder today, I was well hydrated and did my stretches before the run. All done , so very happy . .. Just a shame that the rain started to get heavy when I stopped running ! I want to run in heavy rain !

Well done for getting out there. Some runs are harder than others but it is such a mental thing as well as physical. Just keep going xx

Well done.
Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.

Ah well done Mrsrun! Not sleeping well is horrible, and it’s stopped me a few times I have to admit - but not you. Hurrah! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
