So went out with trepidation this morning, 2x 8 minutes of running, to be honest wasn’t in the best frame of mind and my ear pods weren’t working, so Laura was talking to everyone in the park! So the first 4 mins were hell and I thought my lungs were about to burst! However the last minute was fine, recovered in the 5 min walk and the second 8 mins was fine, I was surprised, I started a bit slower then got the rhythm back and I did it, the feeling was so good, I was so proud of myself! So run 3 here I come!
