I’ve got a bit of an odd question. I’m able to run up to 15k, prior to 2 weeks ago I was running in a pair of Nike Go’s however I noticed my feet in the morning were unbelievably painful to the point walking on them was near on impossible. So I changed back into my Nike Pegasus 37 trainers and did a 10k run, this solved the pain in my left foot but my right foot - especially around the sides of the heel is painful after a 5k run.
I’m contemplating purchasing a pair of Pegasus 38s.
During the day I work in an office and wear standard office shoes, they do have a slight wedge heel on them.
Can someone give me a bit of advice on what shoes to wear for both running and work that can prevent pain in my heels.

Look up symptoms of plantar fasciitis and see whether it fits you - I suggest it as one of the symptoms is heel pain. If so, there are exercises you can do to reduce the pain in your feet but buying shoes with the right kind of arch support (both for running and everyday) is important.
That's not an odd question at all, more people should ask it! Wear something with support: no converse trainers, flip flops or bare feet. There was an increase of cases of PF last summer lockdown among non runners, caused by wearing flip flops all day.
Some people buy specialist recovery shoes, but they're quite expensive. These exercises are great, done regularly. I also stretched my calves every morning and evening using a resistance band.
