Not only have I graduated just had a call with consultant after being ill from November 20 I ended up in hospital with a heart rate over 200 /114 and couldn’t breathe was being followed up and put on bp medication he has now told me to stop the medication as my bp is now 95/63 which I can’t help think the exercise has also been a factor

By starting to exercise seriously we have seen many people come off blood pressure meds, diabetes meds and many others, simply by getting their body functioning again.

I am stunned there’s no other explanation from being rushed to hospital and other dreadful symptoms

Modern medical science is wonderful and is certainly keeping me alive, but sometimes they do just draw a blank, so doing all you can to keep yourself fit and healthy gives you the best possible chance of seeing off those unforeseen issues that can be just around the corner, as well as minimising your risk of a whole host of life limiting conditions.

Keep running, keep smiling.

🎉👏congratulations. You definitely can't stop running and risk going backwards. What an incentive.

Great news 🎉 One of the reasons for me starting C25K is labile blood pressure. I hope that when I'm next checked in October with the 24 hour BP monitor that mine will also have improved 🙏

Good news indeed. The exercise certainly won't be making your health issues worse and, as we know to be the case, has probably worked to restore your health. My friend's elderly 80+ father reversed his type 2 diabetes through diet and exercise, so it's not surprising you have had such a good result too.Enjoy your Graduation to the full with your new found health and wellbeing!

Best wishes ☺️.
