Week 1 run 2 complete!

Set the treadmill to incline 2 this time as I was told it would help me get used to running outside when I’m finally better.

Bad note, I wore new trainers.. ouch blisters 🙈

Good note, I completed the run with 2 kids and a dog running round me like crazy and the air freshener spraying in my face (must remember to move it 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️) so proud of myself!

Did anyone else start this week?

Well done! I would say incline 1 is enough to mimic outdoor running so don’t make things too hard on yourself - you’re doing brilliantly so far!

Well done, you’ve made a good start. In nine weeks time you’ll look back at all that you have achieved. Keeeep 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Well done!

As someone who's run 7000 km in the last 6 years since doing C25K and 30% of that on a treadmill (I did the whole of C25K on a treadmill), my advice is to forget the incline completely. It really doesn't matter. When you eventually run outdoors, it will feel different whether you've set your treadmill to no incline or a steep incline., but you will get used it quite quickly.

So, as said above, make life as easy for yourself as possible. Incline at ZERO :-)
