Hi all, I'm finding that podcasts are helping to take my mind away from the running (which I am finding very challenging and only on w4). Has anyone got any recommendations for some good podcasts to listen to whilst running. Thanks.

What sorts of things do you like?

I often listen to a trivia podcast by the QI Elves called "No Such Thing As A Fish". They've produced a new episode every week for about 7 years.

Thanks for the tip. I'll give it s go. I've mostly been listening to motivational stuff but up for anything that takes my mind off running!

Hi I love podcasts, like you say they really take my mind off running. I feel like I'm running with a couple of friends who are chatting but I don't have to join in.

My recommendations are: Chris and Rosie Ramsey (really funny),

self care club,

feel better live more,

fearne cottons happy place

and run pod
