I also changed coach to jo on W1R3. I’m assuming when I start Week2 it will sort itself out. Very odd though.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

If it doesn't sort itself out you can run the app while you are doing something else to catch up.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.

Hi, are you using the latest version of the app with the latest updates ?

This may resolve the issue !

Failing that , as already suggested, you can skip through the runs to get back to where you were

I had this problem early on so stuck with Jo after that, afraid I'd lose my place. It's a bit confusing as some weeks each run is the same as the first run. Just stick with it. ItS worth it.
