I’ve been training for two years now

Couch to 5k was a massive part of my transformation and I still repeat week 9 every week

I’m running 5k in under 25 mins now, just stick to the plan and you will get there

Good luck

I've had a similar transformation, but not quite as extreme. My guess is you've lost about three to four stone (20-25 kg)?

That’s great! I’ve just just over 6 stone but I’m struggling at the moment and have put over a stone back on. Do you do any longer runs? Trails?

I’ve just got back from running a 10k obstacle course in Winchester, first of many to come Absolutely loved it

That's it! Consistency pays off! Well done on both sticking with it and the weight loss 👍🏻😁
