Hooray! Well done my lovely and welcome to the running club! π₯°
Hi there Dabby-dot, I've just started out and have just completed my week 1 runs! 5K seems a long way off at the moment. How's your first week been?
π
So you are the daughter of Delly dot, hence the name Dabby dot, welcome to the forum and C25K, your mother is a regular here on the forum and I hope you will be as well.
Take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, I hope you enjoy your running journey with C25K, your mum may accompany you on any runs if she wants to, onwards and upwards ππΎ
Good luck Dabby-dot. Trust the program and enjoy! You can do this!πββοΈπxxx
Welcome Dabby-dot πEnjoy the program and running with your mum ππ
