I am officially done ! Finished my W9R3 last Friday. I am still struggling, but one step at the time. I don't have a distance goal, more a goal of running and enjoying each time, whatever the distance, whatever the speed. I have to admit I never thought I was going to finish it, I am kind of proud of my-self. hihi

I love the sound of what you want to do, I set out with similar ideas to just have the ability to run for 30 minutes 2 to 3 times a week seemed so far away and not something that was available to me when I first started.
