I just wanted to post to say I have completed week 8 π I'm thrilled, I couldn't have done it without the help and support from this forum. From struggling to run alone, a crisis of confidence and sustaining an injury which meant having to take a 10 day break it's been a real rollercoaster of emotions! All you lovely people on this forum offering me words of advice and encouragement has kept me going.
So a HUGE thank you, when I was injured I really didn't think I'd make it to graduation week, so excited to be able to run for 30 minutes non stop, I can't quite believe that's what I'll be doing on Monday π those first few weeks I remember counting down waiting for sarah to tell me I could stop on the 3 minute runs.
Good luck to everyone just starting out, half way through and on their way to graduation. Let do this πͺππ»ββοΈπ₯

Congratulations on your progress and for completing week 8 π¬πOn to Graduation week now, just keep those runs slow and just 1.5 hours until graduation π
Well done Popstess π! I know it can get hard when running on your own, as I do too. Just 3 runs to graduation! Youβve definitely got this! ππββοΈππ
Thank you Sulley101 running alone is still my biggest hurdle. It's the feeling exposed and self conscious that gets to me the most. I'm hoping I will get over it in time. Just 3 runs π I can't believe it
How fantastic to overcome everything you have been through I think we need to organise a band and a finishing tape for your final run! Itβs a great forum I agree enjoy your last week on the app πββοΈππ
Well done Popstess ππββοΈπYou are so close to the ππ. You can do this, just take it slow and steady and remember, you might feel a bit emotional on the 3rd run of week 9. I certainly did. Now I'm just emotional that I'm on the injury couch βΉοΈ. Good luck with your 30 minute runs, you'll smash it!!! ππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
