Week one done, yes - I’ve loved it again. It’s so good to feel the afterglow (that is what the photos suppose to show, not a goofy face 🤪 ) so glad I’ve started this journey off again. Posting this for myself as a reminder when I complete the programme again and think about giving up or not doing it today or too tired. Remember this feeling.

Well done! As you continue through the program those feelings of “wow I’ve just done ….” get even stronger. You’ve got it all to look forward to now. Keep posting so we can all see how well you’re doing (& how addicted you’re getting 😂)😊

As i posted elsewhere, 11 weeks ago i struggled to run even at snails pace for 90 seconds. I'm now running for 30 minutes plus. Believe in the program, take it as slow as you need to (that is a big tip) and you will continue to have those brilliant afterglow feelings week after week.

We all have time when we try and make an excuse not to run. The hardest thing to do is tie your shoelaces before a run. The best thing is the buzz you get after the run. Keeeep 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
