Started my 9 week Run 1, wow, never thought I was going to get there :-) I did the first weeks a few time each as I was really the couch potato type before I started the program.

I am now comfortable doing the 30 mins each time I go, although I run super slow so I am only doing 4k each time. But I figured I will get to the 5k eventually.

Well done, you’ve certainly cracked it. I wouldn’t worry too much about reaching 5k, most people don’t, the plan is to run for 30 minutes then consolidate on that. I look forward to your post saying you’ve completed W9R3. Happy 🏃‍♀️

Well done JulieLudo you've shown that C25K does work. I'll post the link to the June Consolidation Club for new graduates. It tells you all about consolidation and ideas for life after C25K and a plan for those who didn't reach 5K in 30 minutes and a link to post your graduation success for your shiny graduate badge.

Enjoy the journey
