So today I finished week 3 of this splendid programme, week 4 Iβm coming for you!! Whatβs worked for me this time is trusting the sessions and my body, also not looking ahead. Iβve followed and stuck to each step even when Iβve felt I could do more.
Iβve noticed a difference in my headspace, my self-esteem and also my weight too.
Yippee!
