I’ve been for my w1r2 today and again I’m getting a sharp chest pain when I try and take a bigger breath. Is this just because I’m super unfit or could it possibly be that my sports bra is too tight?

Hi SamNotSammy I am not medically qualified, but any sort of chest pain should be checked out with someone who is. Just to be on the safe side for you.

It would be wrong for us to try and diagnose chest pains as we are not medically trained , better to seek professional advice, even if it does turn out to be your sports bra !Better to be on the safe side
