Small epiphany

So I know a lot of us ( myself definitely included) worry that to on lookers we are running too slow/like a snail/being overtaken by walkers.

I realised this..

1. People running have been where we are, they get it.

2. People walking are probably cheering us on wishing they were fit enough to run. Or they are runners who get it.

I sat on the bench with a cuppa after my run internally cheer on every runner that went past because we are all blinking brilliant.

Thought I'd share my post run view.

W5 D1 in the bag!

You don't need to worry about your running form. People have busy lives and running is so common, I would be very surprised if someone stopped and looked at a passing runner. The way I dress up in loud American basketball gear I should be followed by tv crews and yet nobody bats an eyelid, and that's how it should be. We run for ourselves and unless we compete, we don't have to think about the audience. Enjoy your running! 👍

Brilliant observations and bye you're making super progress 👍
