Week 6 Run 3

After a week off, I was worried about doing this today - thanks for your support if you responded to my previous post! Well, I’ve done it and what occurred to me as I ran along the coastal path in glorious early morning sunshine is that this is mostly a mental battle! Physically it’s relatively easy at this stage, but if your head’s not right, the run will be hard! I’m thrilled with my achievement today. Who would have thought it? I can run for 25 minutes without stopping and it feels great. 59 in July and I’m rocking!

You deserve to be rocking The Postmistress, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs, your username suggests that you work for Royal Mail.

I used to run my own village Post Office and Shop with my husband, but we sold up and semi retired to the Isle of Wight. Loving every minute!
