I posted on here a week ago about my ankles ...there still not much better so i still haven't done my final run to complete c25k. I have stopped walking the dogs too, my husband is doing it as every time i go out my ankles are being irritated and i end up hobbling about! Ive iced them, bathed them etc etc, but i think complete rest hopefully might help! My concern is though when i eventually go back to run should i attempt my final 30 min run or should i go easy and start back at week 6 or something like that i dont know what to do as things were going so well 🙃

You might try some cycling, which keeps the joint mobile and improves blood flow without the stresses of running.
As stated in the guide to the plan, healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.
After that loss of condition is gradual.
All any of us can do after a lay off is to go out and see what we can comfortably manage, then build back up gently, using C25k or something similar as a guide to weekly increase.
