Good luck to you vicks1 on restarting C25K, remember to take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury. 😊 🏃🏾

Best of luck! I’m a repeat newbie and find the accountability a big motivator. The first time I did C25K I dragged myself out on a couple of runs I really didn’t feel like only so I wasn’t the only one of my peers not progressing to the next week
