Graduation Week

After my battles through Week 8 i am pleased to report that Week 9 has started well. I now realise that the key (which everyone keeps saying on this forum) is steady steady steady. Dont start too fast.

However, i was wondering. What happens after Week 9. At the moment the reason i get up is the challenge of completing the programme. That is my driver. Hopefully, by Friday i will have completed Week 9 but im slightly concerned that the driver will have been taken away to get up and continue. What do other people do to stay motivated? Is there a secret "continuation" app where Laura continues to bark encouragement at me?

Cheers all

Alan

Graduation is on the horizon 😬👍You could start by having a look at the consolidation club

Excellent. Thank you.

There looks to be lots of interesting material and links to get stuck into there.

Yes, there is !Helps keep the motivation .

Another thing you may consider is downloading the NRC (Nike run club) app

It has coach guided runs of set times or distances
