W8R1 - ran home from my 2nd jab!

It’s another hot day and I was worried that if I had similar side effects to last time (which I’m not expecting to), I might get thrown off my rhythm of running every other day so I decided to run home from the vaccination centre. I had to add in another loop to get to 28 mins but the extra 3 minutes today didn’t really bother me and I’m feeling doubly productive now!

Etihad to Ancoats?

My second jab is Thursday 10th in Cheetham Hill.

Yes, it didn’t take that long actually, I could probably have done there and back in the 28 mins! Good luck with the jab, I have had some side effects but they started sooner than the first one - so I was right I wouldn’t have been able to run later on today!
