Over a year since I graduated and 6 months since I last ran due to a knee injury. I decided to ease back the sensible way starting at the beginning. I'm glad to say it wasn't horrendous. First run down feeling great and knowing I've missed running. Hope everyone had a great day wherever you are in your running journey💕

Yep! I'm taking it steady but maybe my head holding me back more than the injury🤞

I had got into running 7/8 k regularly so need to build stamina again🤔

How wonderful you are back for a second time around. 😊 At least you know what to expect and that once done, you can do it again. Happy running Allbarron 🤗
