I’ve had the same problem .. I finished it in March but like to nip back in from time to time for a bit of coaching .. and it was terrible audio.. so this evening I listened without my ear pods and it was fine so I thought it must be my ear buds but from what you’re saying it’s not .. how strange ( I’ve dropped my ear buds a lot and they’re stuck together with sellotape so it wasn’t beyond the realms of possibility 😂)
Morning, I had exactly the same problem. Mine was working fine, with Laura, using earphones, until I received a message to swap to HD sound? As soon as I did, mine started cracking the same as yours, so must be to do with the app? Hope this helps.
Err me & technology are not best buddy’s I’m afraid. I wouldn’t have a clue sorry, I just put up with it in the end. I’m sure someone on here will have the answer. Good luck!
Mine was fine with Laura this morning from a Samsung phone through apple airpods.
This is a well-known and long-standing bug with the iOS version of the app - it does not work properly with wireless earphones of any kind. The Android version is fine - I had to switch to an Android phone to use the app. Many others have wasted money replacing headphones they thought were faulty, whereas it's the app that's at fault and its developers seem to have no interest in fixing it. Outrageous really.
Me too, kind o f cheered it isn't just me .. Laura completely silent for 20 mins yesterday, reappeared for 10 mins, and then wandered off again so to speak !
Same problem here - has been working fine for ages and then after the HD thing update sounds horrible if using bluetooth ear phones (spotify is fine) - I’ve now resorted to going back my plug in apple headphones and its fine with these - annoying though!
